Alexis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides psychotherapy for adolescents, adults and couples. Her goal is to cultivate a therapeutic relationship that is safe, collaborative and ultimately helps you experience healing and growth.
She specializes in helping individuals and couples overcome intimacy and trauma issues: Sexual trauma, betrayal, relational conflicts, and sexual problems. She also helps clients manage difficult emotions and life situations that contribute to a lack of fulfillment, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD.
She works with couples who are looking to enhance their relationship, deal with a crisis, and navigate infidelity or sexual addiction. She also provides pre-marital counseling for couples hoping to build a healthy marriage from the start.

Education & Licensure
Alexis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, as well as a National Certified Counselor. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington. Prior to becoming fully licensed in 2019, Alexis provided community counseling for 3-years.
