Angelica believes that therapy is a space in which individuals can heal and grow, leveraging their own strengths towards accomplishing their goals.  She takes steps to ensure that the therapeutic space is one where clients are seen, heard, validated, and includes collaboration in supporting clients toward their goals.

She is a spirited communicator, who has a directed approach, and sprinkles humor in her sessions.  Aside from therapeutic approaches, it is the trusting relationship between the counselor and the client that can bring healing and change to the client's life. Investing in counseling can be one of the most beneficial things someone can do for themselves. Angelica looks forward to meeting and starting this counseling journey with you.
