Emily is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides psychotherapy to adolescent and adult individuals in Redmond, WA and the surrounding areas.

Emily has experience in individual and group therapy in residential and intensive outpatient settings. Her heart is with adolescent and adult (14+) women and transgender/gender-fluid individuals. 

Emily believes in a collaborative therapeutic relationship that provides a safe space for clients to explore their authentic selves and experiences. She uses mindfulness principles to allow her clients to gain awareness, perspective, and acceptance of their current state of mind while simultaneously working to increase their amount of time living in accordance with their values.

Emily is a licensed therapist in the state of Washington and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in Kirkland.
