Jeff is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who provides therapy for clients in Redmond and the surrounding communities.

He specializes in solutions for adults and adolescents with trauma or PTSD-related issues, and those with workplace or school-related stress, anger management issues, anxiety, depression, or social stress.

Jeff utilizes a friendly, down-to-earth approach to counseling. The first step to recovery is to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with a counselor who meets you where you are. Jeff's holistic, integrated approach of complementary modalities facilitates positive change and help his clients to address unproductive patterns.

Jeff is a bachelor-level clinical mental health counseling intern. He is currently a graduate student at Liberty University, completing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. He is supervised by Torr Lindberg, MA, LMHC, Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor.
