Katie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor practicing in Kirkland, WA and the surrounding communities. 

 

Katie has been providing therapy to clients since 2016, and has worked in advocacy programs, community mental health centers, private and group practice. She provides therapy to adolescents and adults (ages 15+) undergoing life changes, anxiety/depression, identity issues, and trauma. 

Katie works from the framework of systems theory, and utilizes Solution-Focused Narrative Therapy as her clinical lens as it empowers clients to find their preferred story, turn that narrative into reality using existing strengths and skills. Katie provides treatment both in-person and telehealth.


Katie works intentionally around multicultural issues and is passionate about social justice in and outside of the therapy space. Katie will prioritize creating a transparent and safe space that empowers client’s to achieve their goals.

Katie earned her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University in Seattle in 2016, with her BA in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus in child development and personality from the University of Washington in 2012 .  She is currently adjunct faculty at Antioch University Seattle, and a doctoral student seeking her Ph.D in Counseling Education and Supervision.
