She is trained in art therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT and CBT+), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA), Helping the Noncompliant Child (HNC), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT). She has a strength-based, family-centered approach to her work, and uses a client’s strengths as the basis for growth.
