Morgan specializes in supporting individual adults who struggle with emotion regulation, depression, and anxiety. She creates a safe and nonjudgmental space for those who want to make changes but are not sure where to start. She believes that every individual has the inner resources necessary to live the life they want, and that a therapist's role is to partner with you to help you work toward your goals and create lasting change.
If you have found yourself feeling stuck, unhappy, or in need of change, Morgan can help. She has natural strengths in perspective-taking, recognizing ineffective behavior and thought patterns, and listening with compassionate curiosity. Morgan strives to create balance between self-acceptance and change strategies that focus on each individual's unique and valuable strengths. Morgan's primary experience is in working with young adult women and female-identifying individuals who struggle with emotion regulation and interpersonal dysfunction. She is practiced in helping clients from all walks of life develop effective coping skills and communication strategies, as well as greater personal insight.
