Shana uses a holistic approach to therapy while honoring each person’s unique personality and focusing on their individual strengths. Her interests include working with clients struggling with trauma and PTSD as well as helping each client live their most fulfilling life.

Shana utilizes a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, Wellness Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness. She believes that counseling is a collaboration that begins with a strong therapeutic alliance.

Shana is completing an MA in mental health counseling at Antioch University New England.

She has recently completed her training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
