Life and Family Coach
Trish is a compassionate Life and Family Coach and therapist in training providing support to teens, adults, couples, and families in Redmond and the surrounding communities. She incorporates evidence-based behavioral health interventions as well as alternative care to encourage a state of well-being in her clients.
Trish works with individuals experiencing relationship conflicts, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. She specializes in assisting clients who are struggling with the loss of a loved one.
With the variety of compounding issues that students and families are facing in an ever-changing world, finding the right academic fit for a child can seem daunting or discouraging.
