Alison Noyes is a therapist in Kirkland, WA providing behavioral health care to individuals and families on the greater Eastside. 

She believes that therapy is the most vulnerable step you can take toward change, self-discovery, and healing. She believes the therapeutic relationship between herself, and her clients will help them thrive because they will learn how to regulate emotions, communicate effectively, have better relationships, tolerate painful emotions, make effective choices, and live in the present moment. 


Alison has extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing. In her practice, she also draws on other evidenced based treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. She is currently in training for treating developmental and relational trauma.
