Liz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy for clients in Redmond, WA and the surrounding communities. She can assist individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in repeating negative patterns.


Liz deeply believes in our own internal and external strengths and can assist you in accessing those strengths. She has over a decade of experience working with children, teenagers and adults in many aspects of life.

Liz works closely with parents and families; offering parenting strategies, and ongoing parenting support to assist in developing more advanced parenting skills. Some of her specialties include: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral health, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and addictions. She enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Liz is a Licensed therapist in the state of Washington and holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in Seattle.
