Rachel is a licensed mental health counselor providing therapy to teens (15+ years), and adults in Redmond and the surrounding communities.

 

She works with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She believes that clients are the expert on their own lives and that that all people are capable of change and can benefit from therapy and self-examination. 

 

By prioritizing the use of evidence-based therapy techniques, Rachel provides clients with the best care possible. She empower her clients to embrace their strengths. 

 

Rachel is body positive and aims to create an inclusive environment for everyone seeking help through therapy. She is warm, authentic, and strives to facilitate a safe environment to explore difficult issues that can cause people to feel "stuck." Rachel enjoys educating clients about complex psychological topics in ways that are easy to understand.
