Full-time or Part-time

Our intake coordinators facilitate coordination of care between clients, therapists, and insurance providers. They will manage incoming calls and emails to schedule new clients as efficiently as possible, and also resolve current client issues. They will help clients verify their insurance benefits, collect associated counseling fees, and organize intake paperwork and related documents, among other tasks. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medical billing experience
  • Customer service and/or sales experience (in person or on the phone)

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You find it easy to stay organized
  • You are interested to gain experience in the mental health field
  • You feel confident speaking with clients in person and on the phone
  • You are tech-savvy
