Sarah's approach

Our lives are centered around our relationships, and Sarah believes that improving our relationships with ourselves strengthens our ability to experience healthy relationships with others. The more we get to know and accept ourselves, the more we seek and demand respectful and fulfilling relationships, both personally and professionally.

Sarah considers how we see, and what we believe about, ourselves to be critical informants in our overall life satisfaction. Are you struggling to feel deserving and/or worthy in some aspect of your life? Most of us have experienced some version of these thoughts. Sarah provides a warm, collaborative space to help her clients experience personal growth and combat unworthiness.

Concerning Issues:

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • Relational conflicts

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Fulfillment, purpose, and belonging

  • Life transitions

How Sarah Helps:

  • Interpersonal therapy

  • Existential practices

  • Mindfulness

Mindfulness, another process that Sarah brings into sessions, is all about non-judgmentally acknowledging and being with what is. Incorporating mindful practices in everyday life can seem daunting, especially with a busy schedule, but learning how to be intentional and willing can make it possible.

If you are looking to process things that have happened in your past, if you are hoping to increase your connection to yourself, or if your goal is to find more fulfillment in life, Sarah would be honored to help you begin your therapeutic journey.
