Emily enters into new therapeutic relationships with a client-centered, strength-based and solution-focused perspective believing that each teen, adult and family has the resiliency and innate ability to manage and overcome the challenges they are faced with.
She loves the opportunity to bring that out in her clients and watch as they learn, progress and grow. Emily sees great value in both individual and family growth conjointly, and combines that with an eclectic theoretical orientation and style. She resides in California and provides remote telehealth services to Washington residents.
