Description
Justin Marmion has been providing therapeutic services for the past 12 years in a community mental health setting. He is passionate about providing services to those seeking it. The idea of therapy can seem daunting and intimidating, Justin encourages you to take that courageous leap and give therapy a chance. If you do, you will be met with warmth, connection, and a nonjudgmental space to process through the hurt/pain of the past and present.
We are often told, “what is wrong with you” or “why do you act that way,” rather than asking “what happened to you in the past that led to the current circumstances.” This trauma informed rephrasing shifts the focus from something is wrong with me, to something wrong happened to me.
Justin puts an emphasis on meeting each person where they are in their healing journey, with each session tailored to their unique needs. It is important for the individual to have autonomy and advocate for how their healing journey moves forward.
If you are an individual 18+ and older, looking to move from surviving to thriving, please reach out and give Justin a chance.
