Description
Are you feeling stuck? Are you having trouble in school or with parenting? Or are you in a relationship that you can’t quite navigate? Amy is here to help. As a licensed mental health therapist, a student of human behavior and a parent herself, she has the experience to support you in areas of life that are challenging.
In our busy lives, it’s invaluable to have someone to talk to. Amy believes in our human capacity for discovery, self-reflection and growth. Life can be difficult and painful at times. It can be like treading water. This is fine for a time, but buoyancy creates the ability to rest when you need it. Amy enjoys the process of working with her clients to create a life boat to steer towards buoyancy.
