Emma is passionate about helping individuals on their path to wellness. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, she is committed to providing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients overcome and cope with life’s challenges.
With both an existential and cognitive behavioral approach, she creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, concerns, and goals. Emma is committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance and tailoring treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs. With a deep respect for the inherent dignity and worth of each individual, she actively listens and provides empathetic support.
