As a licensed mental health therapist, a student of human behavior and a parent herself, she has the experience to support you in areas of life that are challenging.

In our busy lives, it’s invaluable to have someone to talk to. Amy believes in our human capacity for discovery, self-reflection and growth. Life can be difficult and painful at times.
