Sarah is a client-centered therapist intern who believes we all have the tools and qualities to reach our goals. Her role is to facilitate a safe space to share and experience your authentic self while exploring together the barriers towards healing.
Sarah has an eclectic approach, utilizing theory and interventions based on each client's individual needs including psychodynamic, systems, expressive arts, and narrative approaches. She has a special interest in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, disordered eating, and neurodivergent populations. She has experience with much of the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, and adults. She understands that it is a privilege to witness your journey and looks forward to working with you.
