Ashley has provided counseling to clients since 2004 and has experience with a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders in a variety of treatment settings. Ashley considers herself a generalist, but has specialty training in areas that include anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+, and military stressors for service members and their families.
Ashley recognizes that because every individual is unique, the approach to treatment should be as well. In a partnership, she works alongside her clients to identify their individual strengths, values and goals, recognize and reduce obstacles and destructive patterns, and empower them in their pursuit of a healthier, more fulfilling life. She prides herself in her authenticity and in creating a safe space for people to come as they are. Her favorite thing about counseling is the opportunity to meet remarkable people and support them in their life journeys.
