How We Get There
Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Systems Approach, Trauma Informed Therapy, CBT
Peyton’s approach begins with creating a unique bond between herself and each client. This paves the way for a warm environment built around trust and compassion. Every client enters the room with their own story and Peyton makes a careful effort to hear each one with respect and curiosity. With a creative mindset, Peyton finds the best approach for each client given their wants and needs within the therapy room. She follows each client’s goals and works to guide them toward the growth and healing they hope for.
Peyton has worked with youth and families from many diverse age ranges and backgrounds through community and private mental health organizations. She specializes in working with school-aged children and teens with anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent struggles.
