“Worthy now. Not if. Not when. We are worthy of love and belonging now. Right this minute as is." - Brene Brown
My therapeutic approach focuses on being a partner in helping to guide the client to increase self-awareness and find what approaches and tools work best for them. Building a strong and trusting relationship between the counselor and client is the foundation of my therapeutic approach.
When I engage in therapy with clients I do it with the intention and belief that everyone deserves a space to be heard and met with empathy. Focusing on a client's strengths and intersections of all that makes up their identity helps to personalize the therapy experience.
My goal in working with clients is to help them develop a sense of confidence and trust in themselves to facilitate change.
