How We Get There
Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy
My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where clients can show up authentically and know they will be met with acceptance and understanding. In this space, I seek to collaborate with my clients to explore their concerns and the relationships and experiences that have brought them to this moment in their lives. I believe that each of us already has a deep internal knowledge of what we need and what serves us, and my role is to help uncover this knowledge. I consider it a privilege to witness my clients’ healing, transformation, and resilience as they navigate life transitions, and I look forward to partnering with them in this process.
